Seller note:

This Motor Yacht is 47 feet long and carries a spare. Spare boat. You know the boat "Old Ironsides?" It's over 200 years old and is made of OAK. Our boat has an OAK hull. MAHOGANY sides and interior. I LOVE WOOD. Nobody does these in wood any more. They should.
Made in New Jersey in 1969 by a company 225 years old (PACEMAKER) sold on Lake Michigan, brought to Seattle overland, and to Eureka by sea.
Kitchen is like a house, with real appliances and lots of storage. Uses propane to cook, electricity to heat the rooms and the water. (100 gallon water tank). 360 gallons of diesel fuel.
THREE bathrooms with toilets, each with a shower. (Large holding tanks.) Or use the free showers in the marina's tenant facility, which also has 2 coin-op washers and dryers.
The living room (or salon) is like a mansion compared to other boats. No built-in furniture. Big windows on each side, with curtains and blinds.
Master BR is aft and below the rec. deck; queen bed, settee, large closet, many drawers. Big mirror, six windows. Bathroom door to its own toilet, sink, shower.
V-berth is up front, two beds, closet, drawers, skylight, and a bathroom/shower.
Middle BR is next to the Master closet, two bunks, closet, 2 windows, bath across the hall. Could be a nice office or writing dungeon.
We entertain on the covered and enclosed recreation deck at the back of the boat. We can seat ten people around a table, with tall windows all around us. Great view of the fireworks on the 4th. A wet bar and an ice machine on the aft deck, or "rec. deck." It's where she paints and he works on projects. Winter guests sit in the salon amidships.
This is not a project boat! Guys, it has two Hino diesel engines (950 hours), 4-cylinder turbo with intercoolers making 220 hp each, at very good economy. 12 knots tops. Two props, two trannies; turns on a dime. It always starts easy and runs just great! It's got radar, fishfinder, and stuff. The dinghy is a 12' Rendova fiber/float speedster with four seats and a Yamaha 25. There's 120 volt and 12 volt systems, Hart Interface, 4 house batteries and 3 engine batteries, one for the 8KW Westerbieke generator. Vacu-flush toilets.
The bottom gets cleaned each year, and it's always easy, because of the great anti-critter paint on the bottom I applied myself. She looks great on stands at Fields Landing! A beautiful classic with great lines! Even greater in the water, with high sides and flush decks. No ugly flying bridge. Helm is on top deck. Prettier than a Chris Craft, I think.
Live-aboard + moorage is $376. and INCLUDES water, electricity, garbage, wi-fi, and this place to dock your boat, if you qualify to the marina's liking. A bunch of people live here and at Woodley Island, the County marina across the channel from Eureka.
You can see it at B10 in the Eureka Public Marina, not Woodley Island, but you'll have to bring your credit report or bank balance or 799 hunnerds to get a tour. Fair enough? Please e-mail me if you want to.
